Check Seal™ 20 AB is a two-component, rubber type sealant developed for the electrical utility industry and commonly used for transformer leaks. It is available in both fast and slow cure formulas delivered in a two part, pre-measured kit for easy application. Both parts are mixed then applied with a high-pressure lubricator. Check Seal™ 20 can be used for sealing flange gaskets, valve stems, drain plugs and couplings. It can also be used in conjunction with clamps.

CheckSeal™ 22 AB

Two-Component Epoxy Sealant

Check Seal™ 22 AB is a two component, catalyzed sealant that cures to a rock hard consistency and delivered in a pre-measured kit for easy application. Both parts are mixed then applied with a high-pressure lubricator. It is used in industrial applications, including sealing flange gaskets, valve stems, drain plugs and couplings. It can also be used in conjunction with clamps and pipewrap applications.

CheckSeal™ 22 AB Thin

Two-Component Epoxy Sealant

Check Seal™ 22 AB is a two component, catalyzed sealant that cures to a rock hard consistency and delivered in a pre-measured kit for easy application. Both parts are mixed then applied with a high-pressure lubricator. It is used in industrial applications, including sealing flange gaskets, valve stems, drain plugs and couplings. It can also be used in conjunction with clamps and pipewrap applications.

CheckSeal™ 357P

Non-Curing Sealant

Check Seal™ 357P is a non-curing sealant that contains a blend of non-asbestos fibers in synthetic oils. It works great on valve packing repair and wire wrap fugitive emission repairs, and is specifically designed for high temperature hydrocarbon service up to 750°F. It is pumpable with a high pressure (10,000 psi) lubrication hand gun.

CheckSeal™ 38P

Non Curing Sealant

Check Seal™ 38P is a sealant compound containing TFE-fluorocarbon particles blended into a synthetic binder. It can be either pre-formed manually or pumped into place with a high pressure (10,000 psi) grease gun. 38P is chemically stable and resistant to most chemicals over a wide pH range. It is a highly versatile and durable self molding sealant used for stuffing boxes and for all types of valves, pumps and mechanical equipment.

CheckSeal™ 3B

Semi-Curing Rubber Sealant

Check Seal™ 3B cures to an extremely tough, semi-pliable rubber at high temperatures. It is designed for use with temperatures up to +700˚F, and is effective as a primary and secondary sealant. It has been successfully used as a secondary micro-void sealant after initial sealant failed.

CheckSeal™ 42

Fast Curing Epoxy Putty

Check Seal™ 42 is a hand-mixable, fast curing, epoxy putty that can be ready for use in just one minute. One hour after mixing, Check Seal™ 42 can be drilled, sawed, sanded, filed, tapped, machined or painted. Packaged in a “no mess” 4 oz “tootsie-roll” application, the curing agent is encapsulated in the contrasting resin, eliminating drips and runs and requiring no tools. It provides fast repairs to many surfaces including metals, wood, glass, concrete, ceramics and numerous plastics.

CheckSeal™ 454 P

Teflon Fiber for Valve Stems, Rods and Shafts

Check Seal™ 454 P is a TFE-fluorocarbon fiber of selected particle sizes for maximum bridging. It can be used as a packing material for valves and miscellaneous applications. This 100% TFE-fluorocarbon fiber has low friction and non-adhesive qualities.

CheckSeal™ 45P

Teflon Sealant

Check Seal™ 45P is sealant designed for wet or dry chlorine service. It can be either pre-formed manually or pumped into place with a high pressure (10,000 psi) grease gun. C45P is a highly versatile and durable self molding sealant used for stuffing boxes and for all types of valves, pumps and mechanical equipment.

CheckSeal™ 4AB

Two-Component Rubber Sealant

Check Seal™ 4AB is a two-component sealant that cures to a relatively hard, but flexible solid. The most common usage of Check Seal™ 4 is in repairing HF acid, Acetic acid and Sulfuric acid leaks to temperatures as high as 550˚F. It can be used with acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons, ammonia and BFW.

CheckSeal™ 55 R

Rubber Sealant

Check Seal™ 55 R is an elastomeric, nitrile rubber type sealant that cures hard and works great on hot condensate or boiler feedwater leaks. It can be injected by a high-pressure sealant/lubricator gun.

CheckSeal™ 6B

Non-Curing Sealant

Check Seal™ 6B is a valve sealant designed for use in high temperatures up to 800˚F. It is also available in high purity grade for nuclear and turbine applications.
