Semi-Curing Rubber Sealant
Check Seal™ 3B cures to an extremely tough, semi-pliable rubber at high temperatures. It is designed for use with temperatures up to +700˚F, and is effective as a primary and secondary sealant. It has been successfully used as a secondary micro-void sealant after initial sealant failed.
Two-Component Rubber Sealant
Check Seal™ 4AB is a two-component sealant that cures to a relatively hard, but flexible solid. The most common usage of Check Seal™ 4 is in repairing HF acid, Acetic acid and Sulfuric acid leaks to temperatures as high as 550˚F. It can be used with acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons, ammonia and BFW.
CheckSeal™ 9B & 9F
Check Seal™ 9B & 9F are sealants with heavy fibers that cure upon the application of heat to form a very hard set solid sealant which blocks leak paths. Check Seal™ 9B is a thermosetting resin reinforced with a fibrous bulk material and works great with boilerfeed water leaks. Check Seal™ 9F is a thermosetting resin more heavily fibered material for improved sealing traits and higher temperature performance up to 1500°F, such as high temperature catalyst flue gas leaks.
Injectable High Temperature Valve Sealant
Check Seal™ RPG is a black, fibrous, graphite based sealant. It is a non-curing, valve sealant that is durable and designed for extreme temperatures and pressures. It is specifically designed for high temperature service on valves, flanges, and enclosures.
