Semi-Curing Rubber Sealant

Check Seal™ 3B cures to an extremely tough, semi-pliable rubber at high temperatures. It is designed for use with temperatures up to +700˚F, and is effective as a primary and secondary sealant. It has been successfully used as a secondary micro-void sealant after initial sealant failed.

Typical Characteristics

ApplicationsAcids, steam, some solvents, fuels, glycols, mild alkalis, aliphatic hydrocarbons, hot oils, kerosene, steam, water, liquors. It also has been used successfully as a secondary micro-void filler after injecting a different sealant on the real problem leaks.
