Chemola™ Desco 111 (HT)

Valve Lubricant for Sour Service

Chemola™ Desco 111 (HT) is a black, tacky grease designed for maximum hydrocarbon resistance at temperatures up to 350°F. Chemola™ Desco 111 (HT) is also highly resistant to H2S and sour crude service.

Steam-Resistant Lubricant/Sealant

Chemola™ Desco CP750 SAGD is a premium, water insoluble synthetic valve lubricant formulated for extreme high temperature environments such as SAGD, steam injection and geothermal applications. Extensive laboratory and field testing confirms that Chemola Desco CP750 SAGD withstands the temperatures and conditions of steam-assisted gravity drainage, allowing valves to maintain a positive seal during operations. Withstands the maximum pressure rating of the valve.
ThredOn® Absolute Copper

Premium Copper Drilling and Storage Compound

ThredOn® Absolute Copper is a specialy formulated hybrid drilling and storage compound, developed for extreme drilling and challenging storage environments. Absolute Copper includes a high-performance corrosion inhibitor, providing excellent storage protection, while exhibiting superior running performance. Absolute Copper protects against corrosion, resists washout, and will not harden or bleed in storage.

ThredOn® API Modified

High Pressure Thread Compound

ThredOn® 303 API Modified for casing, tubing and line pipe is manufactured in accordance with specifications and recommendations of API RP 5A3 (former API BUL 5A2) and ISO 13678. It rises above other API Modified compounds as a result of our unique blend of base greases which enhances its ability to adhere to wet threads and provides higher temperature performance. The composition is compliant with API RP 5A3 and all applicable annexes. Withstands pressures exceeding 10,000 psi.
ThredOn® EZE Break Drill Collar

Premium TFE Rotary Shoulder Compound

ThredOn® EZE-Break DC compound is a lead-free high pressure compound for rotary shouldered connections. It is compounded with PTFE and other solid additives to maintain a positive thread seal while preventing galling in the most extreme environments. Special corrosion inhibition and oxidation stabilization additives are present to prevent rust and expand shelf life. It insures a positive seal under pressure and ease of breakout without excessive torque.
