Our Delta line is divided into two services: lubrication equipment and fittings. The right equipment and fittings paired with the right lubricants helps valves maintain optimal efficiency.
Chemola™ Delta “A” Series is a precision-made standard body fitting for gate, ball and plug valves. It features a long-thread body and deep seating. This fitting is also a spring loaded, single check valve.

The Chemola™ Delta “B” Series is identical to the “A” series fitting, but with a giant buttonhead flange arrangement. This allows lubrication with high-pressure equipment and a giant buttonhead coupler. The fitting is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “C” Series fittings feature one ball-type check valve design. This feature prevents the escape of product through the fitting while the valve lubricant or sealant is being pumped into the valve. It is a one-piece construction of button and body and is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “F” Series is designed for easy injection of a heavy, fibrous packing stick. The “F” series fittings have a loose ball check valve to allow passage of the fibrous packing easily around the ball. A vent hole allows pressure relief prior to complete removal of the injection screw.

The Chemola™ Delta “H” Series combines a lubricant screw and gun fitting to convert valve lubrication from stick lubricant use to bulk lubricant use. This utilizes the high-pressure hand or automatic lubrication gun. The double check design has a ball check both in the head and body. The fitting is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “HF” Series is a two-piece double check fitting that is designed for a positive seal under extreme conditions, such as hydrofluoric acid service. The top fitting is backed out a few turns, and the valve is lubricated using a Chemola™ Delta high-pressure grease gun. The top fitting is then screwed back into the bottom fitting until the tapered metal-to-metal seat forms a positive seal. The two-piece construction has one check ball in each of the two pieces. It is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “IS” Series is a single ball internal check valve fitting. It features a soft seat as well as a metal-to-metal seal. The fitting is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “M” Series capped body fitting has a single loose ball check which seats on a taper. The fitting is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “P” Series double check design has a ball check in both the head and body. The P series fitting is used where safety is required in handling gas and volatile liquids. It’s a one piece construction of button and body and is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “R” Series is a loose ball-type check relief fitting. It features a positive pin-type stop to prevent the complete removal of the bleed screw. The fitting is rated for service to 10,000 psi.

The Chemola™ Delta “Saf-T-Vent” Series is a lubrication adapter with pressure release and an internal check valve with a 1/4″ NPT female hose connection.
The Chemola™ Delta “VF” Series is a grease gun lube adaptor.
The Chemola™ Delta “VFB” Series is a combination lube adapter with giant buttonhead.
The Chemola™ Delta 1002-09 and 1602-09 high pressure grease guns may be used on most types of valves.
