CheckSeal™ 9R
Liquid Thermosetting Resin
Check Seal™ 9R is a viscous, liquid thermosetting resin that cures upon the application of heat to form a very hard-set solid sealant, blocking leak paths. As it begins to cure, it forms a chemically resistant, insoluble solid that is effective in thread and gasket applications to 700˚F and with added fibers can be used in applications to 1500˚F.
Recommended Uses
It is used in a wide variety of industrial applications including sealing threaded pipes or tool joints, gaskets, equipment joints and flanges.
